Westcoast Vendor Access – Refund Policy

Due to the digital, intangible nature of our products, all items sold on this platform are delivered instantly via electronic download. By finalizing your transaction, you acknowledge and explicitly agree to the following terms:

  • Immediate Consumption of Digital Assets: All sales are final. Because digital information, supplier contact data, and instructional guides cannot be physically returned or revoked once delivered, there are no refunds, returns, or price adjustments permitted under any conditions whatsoever.

  • Customer Due Diligence: It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly read the product descriptions, titles, and checkout summaries prior to completing a purchase. Mistaken assumptions regarding the nature of the product—including assuming a digital supplier contact list or informational directory is a physical consumer item—do not entitle the buyer to a refund, cancellation, or transaction reversal.

  • Dispute and Chargeback Forfeiture: You agree that you will not open a dispute, chargeback request, or claim with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor regarding a completed digital delivery. Opening a dispute based on a lack of understanding of the product parameters constitutes a direct breach of this binding agreement. We reserve the right to submit this policy, along with proof of successful digital delivery, as explicit evidence to your financial institution to resolve the claim in our favor.
