Westcoast Vendor Access – Terms of Service
Section 1 – Nature of Digital Goods and Deliverables This platform exclusively offers electronic directories, supplier contact spreadsheets, manufacturer hyperlinks, and digital instructional guides (collectively, "Digital Services"). All products are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. No physical merchandise, apparel, electronic devices, consumer hardware, or boxed inventory will ever be shipped to your billing or shipping address.
Section 2 – Multi-Unit Purchases and Licensing Tier Definitions Our checkout interface provides options to purchase single or multiple quantities/variants of our digital guides.

Data License Structure: Because our products consist of digital information and proprietary hyperlinks, duplicate selections or multi-unit purchases are structurally classified and managed as Tiered Access/Multi-Device Data Licenses.

Value Allocation: Purchasing a higher quantity increment grants the buyer expanded operational licensing rights (including multi-device access, extended customer support, or commercial team usage rights for the data) corresponding directly to the exact number of units selected at checkout.

Cart Validation Responsibility: By adjusting the quantity selector or variant option to a higher increment and finalizing the purchase, you declare that you intend to secure a higher-tier data license, whether in the intent of sharing, using, or team access. You expressly acknowledge that duplicate selections of the same product do not entitle you to a refund, modification, or dispute claim on the grounds of user error or oversight.
Section 3 – Non-Distribution and Confidentially The data, links, and manufacturer details contained inside our delivered files are the proprietary intellectual property of this platform. This purchase grants a single-user or multi-device license (depending on quantity selected) for internal evaluation and business setup use only. Any unauthorized sharing, public leaking, uploading to shared forums, or unauthorized reselling of these private links will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access license without notice.
Section 4 – Limitation of Liability and Third-Party Relations We provide direct contact paths to independent, third-party manufacturers and suppliers. We do not own, operate, or maintain operational control over these independent suppliers, nor do we guarantee their individual stock levels, shipping speeds, or communication protocols. You assume all operational and financial risks associated with purchasing wholesale inventory and managing your own independent reselling business.
